We’re glad you’re here. This is the first post on the new Monsoft Solutions site, so it’s worth saying out loud what we’re trying to do — and what we’d like this blog to become.

What we build

Monsoft Solutions is a software studio. We design and build custom applications, web platforms, and AI systems for teams that need engineering they can trust.

That covers a few flavors of work:

• Custom application development — web and backend systems built around your domain, not around someone else’s framework.
• AI engineering — agents, retrieval pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows that solve a concrete business problem.
• Technical partnership — sitting alongside in-house teams as the senior partner who turns ambiguous goals into shipped software.

We work the way we’d want to be worked with: small senior teams, honest scope, and code that’s still readable six months from now.

What this blog is for

We don’t write to chase keywords. The plan is to publish a few things consistently:

• Notes from production work — what we tried, what broke, what we’d do differently.
• Practical write-ups on AI engineering as it actually shows up in client systems (vs. demoware).
• Opinionated takes on tooling, architecture, and the trade-offs we keep running into.
